We want you to love your knitting projects, but if you change your mind, you can return your unused kits or yarn within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate the Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unused yarn, needles, and patterns back into the original eco-friendly brown bag or a sturdy shipping box.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
